excellent hotel experience

clean room pool access

i had a clean room with pool access the beach offered mats for sitting the pool provided seating and shade. the kids club was great our son enjoyed it very much.

i noticed a lack of menu options with halal food it should be advertised since the location is far from other restaurants the hotel food becomes the only option.

the reception staff provided excellent service they asked if we needed a buggy to take us to the restaurant. the kids play club team was excellent it kept occupied with different activities each day.

the pool was spacious and clean the children's pool had a slide our children loved it. there are lots of activities to do here like massages swimming volleyball kyaking and other games.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! There were so many options.

The service, however, was a bit slow. I waited ages for a simple drink order by the pool. I think they were understaffed, or maybe the staff just moved at a snail's pace. I just wanted my drink, and I wanted it now.
